By using HFD Vision Architectural AI you agree to these terms.

1. The service

HFD Vision Architectural AI creates AI-generated ground floor plan drawings. Every new account gets 2 free drawings. More drawings can be bought as shown in the app at the time of purchase.

2. Important notice

The drawings are planning aids. They are not a substitute for approval or advice from a licensed architect, structural engineer or local authority. Please get professional verification before you build. Full details: open Menu → Terms & Conditions in the app.

3. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please give correct information.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices and any refund terms are shown at the time of purchase.

5. Our rights

HFD Vision and HFD Vision Architectural AI are the property of HFD Vision Pvt. Ltd. We may change or stop parts of the service, and we may update these terms.

6. HFD Vision Points and Referral rules

HFD Vision runs the HFD Vision Points reward programme (HFD Vision Global Growth Engine) to thank its clients for their trust and support. Every registered client gets one HFD Vision ID and one HFD Vision Points wallet, which stays the same across all HFD Vision products and services.

  • 6.1 HFD Vision Points are a reward, not cash or money. They cannot be sold, bought, transferred to anyone else or converted into money. They are used for discounts and rewards within HFD Vision.
  • 6.2 Points are earned through your genuine activity: verified registration, completing your profile, giving feedback, sharing the product, a first paid purchase, a successful referral and community contributions approved by HFD Vision.
  • 6.3 The points for each activity are shown in the HFD Vision Points section of the app. HFD Vision may change them; changes apply to future activity and important changes will be notified in the app.
  • 6.4 Some points stay "Pending" at first. For example, points for a purchase become "Available" after the refund period (currently 7 days) is over. Pending points cannot be used until then.
  • 6.5 Every points entry has a unique transaction ID, and you can see your complete transaction history in the app.
  • 6.6 The Contribution Score is a respectful record of your genuine participation. It is separate from points and cannot be redeemed. It is used to show your Level (Silver / Gold / Platinum). A Level does not give money or any fixed benefit; any special privilege will be announced separately when offered.

7. Using points, expiry and refunds

  • 7.1 Points can be used for discounts on eligible HFD Vision services and products. This will be rolled out in stages; until the app shows a points-discount option for a service, the discount does not apply to it.
  • 7.2 Current conversion: 1,000 points = ₹100 discount. Points can cover up to 25% of one order, and at least 100 points must be redeemed at a time. HFD Vision decides the conversion, limits and country-wise pricing and may change them; changes will be notified through a suitable medium.
  • 7.3 Points currently do not expire. HFD Vision may introduce an expiry rule in future; if so, you will be given reasonable advance notice.
  • 7.4 If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, the points earned from that purchase will be reversed, and any points used on that order will be returned to your wallet.
  • 7.5 Points are not refundable in cash. If an account is closed or deleted, the points of that account end, so it is advisable to use your points before closing the account.

8. Referral and fair running of the programme

  • 8.1 Every client has a referral link (hfdvision.com/join/your-HFD-Vision-ID). A referral counts when a new person creates a new account through that link (the link applies within 3 days of account creation), verifies it and makes a first paid purchase. The referrer's points are released after the refund period.
  • 8.2 To keep the programme fair for every client, HFD Vision carries out certain checks. If a referral is to oneself, one person holds more than one account, or accounts are made from the same device or network, points may be held or not given. If you feel a mistake has been made in your case, you may contact HFD Vision and your concern will be reviewed respectfully.
  • 8.3 To ensure proper use of the programme we use your IP address at signup and a hashed device identifier. A referrer sees only the referred person's masked name, HFD Vision ID and status; your personal information is not shown to others.
  • 8.4 If points were earned through incorrect information or in a way that goes against the programme rules, HFD Vision may remove those points, hold the wallet or take appropriate action on the account. Before doing so, where possible, you will be given an opportunity to be heard. Every manual change to points is recorded.
  • 8.5 HFD Vision may change, pause or end the programme, its rules or its rewards, immediately where required by law or for security reasons. Important changes will be notified in the app.
  • 8.6 These rules are to be read together with the liability and governing-law sections of the full Terms & Conditions (Menu → Terms & Conditions in the app). For clients in other countries the programme may be limited or changed to follow local law.

HFD Vision Architectural AI use karke aap in shartein se sehmat hote hain.

1. Seva

HFD Vision Architectural AI AI se ground floor plan drawing banata hai. Har naye account ko 2 free drawings milti hain. Aur drawings app mein kharid ke samay dikhaye gaye daam par kharidi ja sakti hain.

2. Zaroori soochna

Drawings sirf planning mein madad ke liye hain. Yeh kisi licensed Architect, Structural Engineer ya sthaniya pradhikaran ki manjuri ya salah ka vikalp nahi hain. Nirman se pehle professional jaanch zaroor karwayein. Poori jaankari: app mein Menu → Terms & Conditions.

3. Aapka account

Apna password surakshit rakhein. Account par hone wali gatividhi ke liye aap zimmedar hain. Sahi jaankari dein.

4. Bhugtan

Bhugtan Razorpay se hote hain. Daam aur refund ki shartein kharid ke samay dikhai jati hain.

5. Hamare adhikar

HFD Vision aur HFD Vision Architectural AI, HFD Vision Pvt. Ltd. ki sampatti hain. Hum seva ke kuch hisse badal ya band kar sakte hain aur in shartein ko update kar sakte hain.

6. HFD Vision Points aur Referral ke niyam

HFD Vision apne clients ke saath aur vishwas ke prati abhaar vyakt karne ke liye HFD Vision Points reward programme chalata hai (HFD Vision Global Growth Engine). Har registered client ko ek HFD Vision ID aur ek HFD Vision Points wallet milta hai, jo HFD Vision ke sabhi products aur services mein ek hi rahta hai.

  • 6.1 HFD Vision Points ek reward hain, nakad ya paisa nahi. Inhe bechna, kharidna, kisi doosre ko transfer karna ya paise mein badalna sambhav nahi hai. Inka upyog HFD Vision ke andar discount aur rewards ke liye hota hai.
  • 6.2 Points aapki sachchi gatividhiyon par milte hain: verified registration, profile poora karna, feedback dena, product share karna, pehli paid purchase, successful referral aur HFD Vision dwara approve ki gayi community contribution.
  • 6.3 Kis gatividhi par kitne points milenge, yeh app ke HFD Vision Points section mein dikhta hai. HFD Vision ise badal sakta hai; badlav aage ki gatividhi par lagu hoga aur mahatvapurn badlav ki soochna app mein di jayegi.
  • 6.4 Kuch points pehle "Pending" rehte hain. Jaise purchase ke points refund avadhi (abhi 7 din) poori hone ke baad "Available" hote hain. Pending points tab tak use nahi kiye ja sakte.
  • 6.5 Points ki har entry ka ek unique transaction ID hota hai aur aap apni poori transaction history app mein dekh sakte hain.
  • 6.6 Contribution Score aapki sachchi bhagidari ka sammanjanak record hai. Yeh points se alag hai aur redeem nahi hota. Isse aapka Level (Silver / Gold / Platinum) dikhaya jata hai. Level se paisa ya koi tay labh nahi milta; kisi bhi vishesh suvidha ki ghoshna hone par alag se bataya jayega.

7. Points ka upyog, expiry aur refund

  • 7.1 Points se HFD Vision ki eligible services aur products par discount milega. Yeh suvidha charan-badh tarike se shuru hogi; jab tak kisi service par app mein points se discount ka vikalp na dikhe, tab tak us par discount lagu nahi hoga.
  • 7.2 Abhi ki conversion: 1,000 points = ₹100 discount. Ek order mein points se adhiktam 25% tak discount milega aur ek baar mein kam se kam 100 points redeem karne honge. Conversion, seema aur country-wise pricing HFD Vision tay karta hai aur ismein badlav kar sakta hai; badlav ki soochna uchit madhyam se di jayegi.
  • 7.3 Abhi points expire nahi hote. HFD Vision future mein expiry niyam la sakta hai; aisa hone par aapko pehle se uchit soochna di jayegi.
  • 7.4 Agar kisi purchase ka refund ya cancellation hota hai, to us purchase se mile points wapas kaat liye jayenge, aur us order mein use hue points aapke wallet mein wapas aa jayenge.
  • 7.5 Points ka nakad refund nahi hota. Account band ya delete hone par us account ke points samapt ho jate hain, isliye band karne se pehle apne points ka upyog kar lena uchit rahega.

8. Referral aur programme ka nyaypurn sanchalan

  • 8.1 Har client ka ek referral link hota hai (hfdvision.com/join/aapki-HFD-Vision-ID). Referral tab maana jata hai jab koi naya vyakti us link se naya account banaye (link account banne ke 3 din ke andar lagta hai), use verify kare aur pehli paid purchase kare. Referrer ke points refund avadhi ke baad milte hain.
  • 8.2 Programme sabhi clients ke liye nyaypurn rahe, iske liye HFD Vision kuch jaanch karta hai. Khud ko refer karna, ek hi vyakti ke ek se adhik account, ya ek hi device ya network se bane account ki sthiti mein points ruk sakte hain ya nahi diye ja sakte. Aisa lage ki aapke case mein galti hui hai, to aap HFD Vision se sampark kar sakte hain; aapki baat sammanpurvak dekhi jayegi.
  • 8.3 Programme ka sahi upyog sunishchit karne ke liye hum signup ke samay aapka IP address aur device ka (hash kiya hua) pehchaan-chinh istemal karte hain. Referrer ko referred vyakti ka sirf chhupa hua naam, HFD Vision ID aur status dikhta hai; aapki vyaktigat jaankari doosron ko nahi dikhai jati.
  • 8.4 Agar points galat jaankari ya programme ke niyamon ke viprit tareeke se kamaye gaye hon, to HFD Vision un points ko hata sakta hai, wallet ko rok sakta hai ya account par uchit karyavahi kar sakta hai. Aisa karne se pehle, jahan sambhav ho, aapko apni baat rakhne ka avsar diya jayega. Points mein har manual badlav ka record rakha jata hai.
  • 8.5 HFD Vision programme, uske niyam ya rewards mein badlav kar sakta hai, ya use rok ya band kar sakta hai; kaanooni zaroorat ya suraksha ki sthiti mein turant. Mahatvapurn badlav ki soochna app mein di jayegi.
  • 8.6 Yeh niyam poori Terms & Conditions (app mein Menu → Terms & Conditions) ke dayitva aur lagu kanoon wale sections ke saath padhe jayen. Doosre deshon ke clients ke liye programme wahan ke kanoon ke anusaar seemit ya badla ja sakta hai.

HFD Vision Architectural AI का उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।

1. सेवा

HFD Vision Architectural AI, AI से ग्राउंड फ़्लोर प्लान ड्रॉइंग बनाता है। हर नए अकाउंट को 2 फ़्री ड्रॉइंग मिलती हैं। और ड्रॉइंग खरीदारी के समय ऐप में दिखाई गई कीमत पर खरीदी जा सकती हैं।

2. महत्वपूर्ण सूचना

ड्रॉइंग केवल प्लानिंग में मदद के लिए हैं। ये किसी लाइसेंस प्राप्त आर्किटेक्ट, स्ट्रक्चरल इंजीनियर या स्थानीय प्राधिकरण की मंज़ूरी या सलाह का विकल्प नहीं हैं। निर्माण से पहले पेशेवर जाँच ज़रूर करवाएँ। पूरी जानकारी: ऐप में मेन्यू → Terms & Conditions।

3. आपका अकाउंट

अपना पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें। अकाउंट पर होने वाली गतिविधि के लिए आप ज़िम्मेदार हैं। सही जानकारी दें।

4. भुगतान

भुगतान Razorpay से होते हैं। कीमत और रिफ़ंड की शर्तें खरीदारी के समय दिखाई जाती हैं।

5. हमारे अधिकार

HFD Vision और HFD Vision Architectural AI, HFD Vision Pvt. Ltd. की संपत्ति हैं। हम सेवा के कुछ हिस्से बदल या बंद कर सकते हैं और इन शर्तों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं।

6. HFD Vision Points और रेफ़रल के नियम

HFD Vision अपने क्लाइंट्स के विश्वास और साथ के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करने के लिए HFD Vision Points रिवॉर्ड प्रोग्राम चलाता है (HFD Vision Global Growth Engine)। हर रजिस्टर्ड क्लाइंट को एक HFD Vision ID और एक HFD Vision Points वॉलेट मिलता है, जो HFD Vision के सभी प्रोडक्ट्स और सेवाओं में एक ही रहता है।

  • 6.1 HFD Vision Points एक रिवॉर्ड हैं, नकद या पैसा नहीं। इन्हें बेचना, खरीदना, किसी और को ट्रांसफ़र करना या पैसे में बदलना संभव नहीं है। इनका उपयोग HFD Vision के भीतर डिस्काउंट और रिवॉर्ड के लिए होता है।
  • 6.2 पॉइंट्स आपकी वास्तविक गतिविधियों पर मिलते हैं: सत्यापित रजिस्ट्रेशन, प्रोफ़ाइल पूरी करना, फ़ीडबैक देना, प्रोडक्ट शेयर करना, पहली पेड खरीदारी, सफल रेफ़रल और HFD Vision द्वारा स्वीकृत कम्युनिटी योगदान।
  • 6.3 किस गतिविधि पर कितने पॉइंट्स मिलेंगे, यह ऐप के HFD Vision Points सेक्शन में दिखता है। HFD Vision इसे बदल सकता है; बदलाव आगे की गतिविधि पर लागू होगा और महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव की सूचना ऐप में दी जाएगी।
  • 6.4 कुछ पॉइंट्स पहले "Pending" रहते हैं। जैसे खरीदारी के पॉइंट्स रिफ़ंड अवधि (अभी 7 दिन) पूरी होने के बाद "Available" होते हैं। तब तक Pending पॉइंट्स इस्तेमाल नहीं किए जा सकते।
  • 6.5 पॉइंट्स की हर एंट्री का एक यूनिक ट्रांज़ैक्शन ID होता है और आप अपनी पूरी ट्रांज़ैक्शन हिस्ट्री ऐप में देख सकते हैं।
  • 6.6 योगदान स्कोर (Contribution Score) आपकी वास्तविक भागीदारी का सम्मानजनक रिकॉर्ड है। यह पॉइंट्स से अलग है और रिडीम नहीं होता। इससे आपका लेवल (Silver / Gold / Platinum) दिखाया जाता है। लेवल से पैसा या कोई तय लाभ नहीं मिलता; किसी विशेष सुविधा की घोषणा होने पर अलग से बताया जाएगा।

7. पॉइंट्स का उपयोग, एक्सपायरी और रिफ़ंड

  • 7.1 पॉइंट्स से HFD Vision की योग्य सेवाओं और प्रोडक्ट्स पर डिस्काउंट मिलेगा। यह सुविधा चरणबद्ध तरीके से शुरू होगी; जब तक किसी सेवा पर ऐप में पॉइंट्स से डिस्काउंट का विकल्प न दिखे, तब तक उस पर डिस्काउंट लागू नहीं होगा।
  • 7.2 अभी की कन्वर्ज़न: 1,000 पॉइंट्स = ₹100 डिस्काउंट। एक ऑर्डर में पॉइंट्स से अधिकतम 25% तक डिस्काउंट मिलेगा और एक बार में कम से कम 100 पॉइंट्स रिडीम करने होंगे। कन्वर्ज़न, सीमा और देश-वार कीमत HFD Vision तय करता है और इसमें बदलाव कर सकता है; बदलाव की सूचना उचित माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
  • 7.3 अभी पॉइंट्स एक्सपायर नहीं होते। HFD Vision भविष्य में एक्सपायरी नियम ला सकता है; ऐसा होने पर आपको पहले से उचित सूचना दी जाएगी।
  • 7.4 अगर किसी खरीदारी का रिफ़ंड या कैंसिलेशन होता है, तो उस खरीदारी से मिले पॉइंट्स वापस कर लिए जाएँगे, और उस ऑर्डर में इस्तेमाल हुए पॉइंट्स आपके वॉलेट में लौटा दिए जाएँगे।
  • 7.5 पॉइंट्स का नकद रिफ़ंड नहीं होता। अकाउंट बंद या डिलीट होने पर उस अकाउंट के पॉइंट्स समाप्त हो जाते हैं, इसलिए बंद करने से पहले अपने पॉइंट्स का उपयोग कर लेना उचित रहेगा।

8. रेफ़रल और प्रोग्राम का न्यायपूर्ण संचालन

  • 8.1 हर क्लाइंट का एक रेफ़रल लिंक होता है (hfdvision.com/join/आपकी-HFD-Vision-ID)। रेफ़रल तब माना जाता है जब कोई नया व्यक्ति उस लिंक से नया अकाउंट बनाए (लिंक अकाउंट बनने के 3 दिन के भीतर लगता है), उसे वेरिफ़ाई करे और पहली पेड खरीदारी करे। रेफ़र करने वाले के पॉइंट्स रिफ़ंड अवधि के बाद मिलते हैं।
  • 8.2 प्रोग्राम सभी क्लाइंट्स के लिए न्यायपूर्ण रहे, इसके लिए HFD Vision कुछ जाँच करता है। खुद को रेफ़र करना, एक ही व्यक्ति के एक से अधिक अकाउंट, या एक ही डिवाइस या नेटवर्क से बने अकाउंट की स्थिति में पॉइंट्स रुक सकते हैं या नहीं दिए जा सकते। अगर आपको लगे कि आपके मामले में कोई गलती हुई है, तो आप HFD Vision से संपर्क कर सकते हैं; आपकी बात सम्मानपूर्वक देखी जाएगी।
  • 8.3 प्रोग्राम का सही उपयोग सुनिश्चित करने के लिए हम साइनअप के समय आपका IP address और डिवाइस का (हैश किया हुआ) पहचान-चिह्न इस्तेमाल करते हैं। रेफ़र करने वाले को केवल छुपा हुआ नाम, HFD Vision ID और स्टेटस दिखता है; आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी दूसरों को नहीं दिखाई जाती।
  • 8.4 अगर पॉइंट्स गलत जानकारी या प्रोग्राम के नियमों के विपरीत तरीके से कमाए गए हों, तो HFD Vision उन पॉइंट्स को हटा सकता है, वॉलेट को रोक सकता है या अकाउंट पर उचित कार्यवाही कर सकता है। ऐसा करने से पहले, जहाँ संभव हो, आपको अपनी बात रखने का अवसर दिया जाएगा। पॉइंट्स में हर मैन्युअल बदलाव का रिकॉर्ड रखा जाता है।
  • 8.5 HFD Vision प्रोग्राम, उसके नियम या रिवॉर्ड में बदलाव कर सकता है, या उसे रोक या बंद कर सकता है; कानूनी ज़रूरत या सुरक्षा की स्थिति में तुरंत। महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव की सूचना ऐप में दी जाएगी।
  • 8.6 ये नियम पूरी Terms & Conditions (ऐप में मेन्यू → Terms & Conditions) के दायित्व और लागू कानून वाले सेक्शन के साथ पढ़े जाएँ। अन्य देशों के क्लाइंट्स के लिए प्रोग्राम वहाँ के कानून के अनुसार सीमित या बदला जा सकता है।
