HFD Vision Pvt. Ltd. ("HFD Vision", "we") runs HFD Vision Architectural AI. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collectYour name, mobile number and email address when you create an account.
Your password. It is handled by our sign-in service and stored in protected (hashed) form. We cannot see it.
The plot details you enter and the drawings you create or save.
Payment details are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
For HFD Vision Points and Referral: your HFD Vision ID, your points transaction history, accounts linked through your referral link, and the IP address and a hashed device identifier at signup (used to ensure fair and proper use of the programme).
2. How we use itTo create your account, generate and save your drawings, and keep your free-drawing count.
To contact you about your drawings, support and updates about our products.
HFD Vision staff may view the drawings you create to check quality and to help you.
To run your HFD Vision Points wallet, count referrals and keep the programme fair for every client.
3. Who we share it withWe do not sell your information. We use service providers only to run the product: Supabase (sign-in and database, Mumbai region), Razorpay (payments) and an email provider (Brevo) for emails. When showing referrals, another client sees only your masked name and HFD Vision ID.
4. Your choicesYou can ask us to correct or delete your account and drawings by contacting us. If your account is deleted, the HFD Vision Points of that account end. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
5. SecurityWe take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can promise absolute security.
6. AI assistant (chat and voice)Our website assistant is an AI. It is not a human, and its answers can be wrong. It does not give financial, legal or structural advice. Your chat messages are sent to an AI service provider only to produce a reply. For voice input, your browser's own speech service converts your voice to text. We use a daily question limit per visitor, counted with a one-way scrambled form of your network address (not the address itself). For anything important, please confirm with us on the help number.

HFD Vision Pvt. Ltd. ("HFD Vision", "hum") HFD Vision Architectural AI chalata hai. Yeh page batata hai ki hum kaunsi jaankari lete hain aur kaise use karte hain.
1. Hum kya jaankari lete hainAccount banate samay aapka naam, mobile number aur email address.
Aapka password. Yeh hamari sign-in seva sambhalti hai aur surakshit (hashed) roop mein rakhta hai. Hum ise dekh nahi sakte.
Aapke dwara bhare plot ke details aur banayi ya save ki gayi drawings.
Bhugtan ki jaankari Razorpay sambhalta hai. Hum aapka card ya bank detail store nahi karte.
HFD Vision Points aur Referral ke liye: aapki HFD Vision ID, points ki transaction history, referral link se jude khate, aur signup ke samay ka IP address tatha device ka hash kiya hua pehchaan-chinh (programme ka sahi aur nyaypurn upyog sunishchit karne ke liye).
2. Hum ise kaise use karte hainAapka account banane, drawings banane aur save karne, aur free-drawing ginti rakhne ke liye.
Aapki drawings, support aur hamare products ki update ke baare mein sampark karne ke liye.
HFD Vision staff quality jaanchne aur madad karne ke liye aapki banayi drawings dekh sakta hai.
HFD Vision Points wallet chalane, referral ginne aur programme ko sabhi clients ke liye nyaypurn rakhne ke liye.
3. Hum kiske saath share karte hainHum aapki jaankari bechte nahi hain. Product chalane ke liye hi service provider istemal karte hain: Supabase (sign-in aur database, Mumbai region), Razorpay (bhugtan) aur emails ke liye Brevo. Referral dikhate samay doosre client ko aapka sirf chhupa hua naam aur HFD Vision ID dikhta hai.
4. Aapke vikalpAap hamse apna account aur drawings sudharne ya delete karne ko keh sakte hain. Account delete hone par us account ke HFD Vision Points samapt ho jate hain. Hum jaankari tab tak rakhte hain jab tak seva dene ya kanoon ke liye zaroori ho.
5. SurakshaHum aapki jaankari ki raksha ke uchit kadam uthate hain, lekin koi bhi online seva poori suraksha ka vaada nahi kar sakti.
6. AI assistant (chat aur voice)Hamari website ka assistant ek AI hai, koi insaan nahi, aur uske jawab galat ho sakte hain. Wo financial, legal ya structural salah nahi deta. Aapke chat messages sirf jawab banane ke liye AI service provider ko bheje jaate hain. Voice input mein aapki awaaz aapke browser ki apni speech service se text banti hai. Har visitor ke liye din ki sawal-limit rakhi gayi hai, jo network address ke ek-tarfa badle hue roop se gini jaati hai (asli address se nahi). Zaroori baat ke liye help number par pakki karein.

1. हम कौन सी जानकारी लेते हैंअकाउंट बनाते समय आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल एड्रेस।
आपका पासवर्ड। इसे हमारी साइन-इन सेवा संभालती है और सुरक्षित (हैश) रूप में रखती है। हम इसे देख नहीं सकते।
आपके द्वारा भरे प्लॉट के विवरण और बनाई या सेव की गई ड्रॉइंग।
भुगतान की जानकारी Razorpay संभालता है। हम आपका कार्ड या बैंक विवरण स्टोर नहीं करते।
HFD Vision Points और रेफ़रल के लिए: आपकी HFD Vision ID, पॉइंट्स की ट्रांज़ैक्शन हिस्ट्री, रेफ़रल लिंक से जुड़े अकाउंट, और साइनअप के समय का IP address तथा डिवाइस का हैश किया हुआ पहचान-चिह्न (प्रोग्राम का सही और न्यायपूर्ण उपयोग सुनिश्चित करने के लिए)।
2. हम इसका उपयोग कैसे करते हैंआपका अकाउंट बनाने, ड्रॉइंग बनाने और सेव करने, और फ़्री-ड्रॉइंग की गिनती रखने के लिए।
आपकी ड्रॉइंग, सपोर्ट और हमारे प्रोडक्ट्स की अपडेट के बारे में संपर्क करने के लिए।
HFD Vision का स्टाफ़ गुणवत्ता जाँचने और मदद करने के लिए आपकी बनाई ड्रॉइंग देख सकता है।
HFD Vision Points वॉलेट चलाने, रेफ़रल गिनने और प्रोग्राम को सभी क्लाइंट्स के लिए न्यायपूर्ण रखने के लिए।
3. हम किसके साथ साझा करते हैंहम आपकी जानकारी बेचते नहीं हैं। प्रोडक्ट चलाने के लिए ही सेवा-प्रदाताओं का उपयोग करते हैं: Supabase (साइन-इन और डेटाबेस, मुंबई रीजन), Razorpay (भुगतान) और ईमेल के लिए Brevo। रेफ़रल दिखाते समय दूसरे क्लाइंट को आपका केवल छुपा हुआ नाम और HFD Vision ID दिखता है।
4. आपके विकल्पआप हमसे अपना अकाउंट और ड्रॉइंग सुधारने या डिलीट करने को कह सकते हैं। अकाउंट डिलीट होने पर उस अकाउंट के HFD Vision Points समाप्त हो जाते हैं। हम जानकारी तभी तक रखते हैं जब तक सेवा देने या कानून के लिए ज़रूरी हो।
5. सुरक्षाहम आपकी जानकारी की रक्षा के उचित कदम उठाते हैं, लेकिन कोई भी ऑनलाइन सेवा पूर्ण सुरक्षा का वादा नहीं कर सकती।
6. AI असिस्टेंट (चैट और वॉइस)हमारी वेबसाइट का असिस्टेंट एक AI है, कोई इंसान नहीं, और उसके जवाब गलत हो सकते हैं। वह वित्तीय, कानूनी या स्ट्रक्चरल सलाह नहीं देता। आपके चैट संदेश केवल जवाब बनाने के लिए AI सेवा प्रदाता को भेजे जाते हैं। वॉइस इनपुट में आपकी आवाज़ आपके ब्राउज़र की अपनी स्पीच सर्विस से टेक्स्ट बनती है। हर विज़िटर के लिए दिन की सवाल-सीमा रखी गई है, जो नेटवर्क पते के एकतरफ़ा बदले रूप से गिनी जाती है (असली पते से नहीं)। ज़रूरी बात के लिए हेल्प नंबर पर पक्का करें।
